If you would like to delete your account and request removal of your personal data from one of our apps, please send an email to: delete-my-data@everoasistech.com

How to Request Account Deletion

Please send an email with the subject line: Delete My Account In the email, include the following details:
  1. Your full name, if available
  2. The email address or phone number used to create your account
  3. The name of the app you used
  4. A short message confirming that you want your account and associated data deleted
Example message: “Hello Everoasis Technologies team,
I would like to delete my account and associated personal data from your app. My account email is [your email address], and the app name is [app name]. Please process my account deletion request.”

What Data Will Be Deleted

After verifying your request, we will delete account-related personal data associated with your app account, which may include:
  • Account profile information
  • Login or authentication identifiers
  • App usage data linked to your account
  • User-generated data stored under your account
  • Subscription or premium access records stored in our systems, where applicable

Data We May Retain

Some data may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, billing, dispute-resolution, or compliance purposes. For example, payment and subscription records handled by Google Play or Apple may remain subject to their own retention policies. We may also retain limited records necessary to prove that a deletion request was processed.

Processing Time

We will review and process deletion requests within a reasonable period after verifying the request. In most cases, deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

Important Notes

Deleting your account may permanently remove your access to app data, saved preferences, history, premium features, or other account-related content. If your subscription was purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store, deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel active subscriptions directly through Google Play or Apple App Store subscription settings.
