Effective Date: 31 May 2026 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile applications, websites, products, and services provided by Aravind Chowdary (“I,” “me,” “my,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including apps made available on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or other platforms collectively referred to as the “Service.” By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws. You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its normal operation, attempt to access it using unauthorized methods, or use it in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service. You are responsible for your own use of the Service and for any activity that occurs through your device, account, or login credentials.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for users who are at least 13 years old, unless a specific app states a higher minimum age requirement. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that you have the legal ability to agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of another person, organization, or entity, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

3. Accounts and User Information

Some features of the Service may require you to create an account, sign in through a third-party provider, or provide certain information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when required. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity that occurs under your account. I am not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your account or device secure.

4. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Payments

Some apps or features may be offered for free, while others may require payment, subscriptions, in-app purchases, or one-time purchases. Payments, subscriptions, free trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds may be processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or another authorized payment provider. Your purchase is subject to the payment terms, subscription rules, refund policies, and billing practices of the platform or payment provider through which you made the purchase. I do not directly control app store billing, renewal, cancellation, or refund processes. To cancel a subscription or request a refund, you may need to manage your subscription through your Apple ID, Google Play account, or the platform where the purchase was made. Unless otherwise required by law or by the applicable app store policy, payments are non-refundable.

5. Free Trials and Renewals

Some subscriptions may include a free trial. The length and terms of any free trial will be shown at the time of purchase. Unless canceled before the end of the trial period, your subscription may automatically renew and you may be charged according to the terms shown at the time of purchase. You are responsible for canceling a subscription before the renewal date if you do not want to be charged.

6. License to Use the Service

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not give you ownership of the Service or any intellectual property rights in the Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, attempt to extract source code from, or create derivative works based on the Service, except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, text, graphics, logos, icons, code, software, content, user interface, trademarks, and other materials, is owned by me or licensed to me and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use my name, app names, logos, branding, screenshots, content, or other materials without prior written permission, except as allowed by law. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

8. User Content

Some features of the Service may allow you to submit, upload, save, create, or share content, including text, images, data, notes, preferences, health-related entries, fitness data, food logs, habits, or other information (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by using the Service, you grant me a limited license to process, store, display, and use your User Content as necessary to operate, maintain, improve, and provide the Service. You are responsible for your User Content and confirm that you have the right to submit it. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, infringing, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate. I may remove or restrict User Content if I believe it violates these Terms, applicable law, platform rules, or the rights of others.

9. Health, Fitness, Nutrition, Lifestyle, and Informational Apps

Some apps may provide information related to health, fitness, nutrition, calories, habits, wellness, productivity, lifestyle, or similar topics. The Service is provided for general informational and personal tracking purposes only. It is not medical advice, nutritional advice, professional advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional. You should not rely on the Service to make medical, health, nutrition, fitness, financial, legal, or other important decisions without consulting an appropriate professional. If you have a medical condition, dietary restriction, allergy, fitness limitation, or health concern, you should consult a qualified healthcare provider before using any related features. I am not responsible for decisions you make based on information provided by the Service.

10. Accuracy of Information

I try to provide useful and accurate information, but I do not guarantee that the Service will always be complete, accurate, current, reliable, error-free, or suitable for your specific needs. Information shown in the Service may come from user input, third-party databases, APIs, algorithms, estimates, or automated systems. 12. App Stores and Platform Terms

If you download the Service from the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or another app marketplace, you also agree to comply with the applicable platform’s terms, policies, and rules. These Terms are between you and me, not Apple, Google, or any other app store provider. However, the app store provider may have rights to enforce certain terms related to your use of the Service on their platform. Apple, Google, and other platform providers are not responsible for the Service, its content, support, maintenance, warranties, claims, or any issues arising from your use of the Service, except as required by their own policies or applicable law.

13. Updates and Changes to the Service

I may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time without prior notice. Updates may include bug fixes, feature changes, improvements, removals, security patches, or changes required by app stores or applicable law. I am not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

14. Availability and Support

I try to keep the Service available and working properly, but I do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. The Service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, technical issues, updates, third-party service failures, internet problems, platform restrictions, or other reasons. I may provide support at my discretion, but I am not obligated to provide any specific level of support, response time, maintenance, or updates unless required by applicable law.

15. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to: Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes. Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, user accounts, data, systems, or networks. Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service. Use automated systems, bots, scraping tools, or similar methods without permission. Upload or transmit viruses, malware, harmful code, or disruptive content. Infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights. Misrepresent your identity or affiliation. Use the Service in a way that violates app store rules, third-party terms, or applicable law.

16. Termination

I may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if I believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, misused the Service, or used the Service in a way that may harm me, other users, third parties, or the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Deleting the app may not automatically cancel subscriptions, remove account data, or delete information stored through third-party services. You may need to cancel subscriptions through the applicable app store and contact me for data-related requests. After termination, certain sections of these Terms will continue to apply, including sections related to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, and reliability. I do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, be error-free, be secure, or that any defects will be corrected. You use the Service at your own risk.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, personal injury, device damage, business interruption, or other losses arising from or related to your use of the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, my total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose, or 100 USD if you have not paid anything for the Service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

19. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless me and any related service providers, contractors, partners, or affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to: Your use or misuse of the Service. Your violation of these Terms. Your violation of applicable law or third-party rights. Your User Content. Your use of third-party services connected to the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, and shared. By using the Service, you agree that information may be handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

21. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page or made available through the Service. The updated Terms will become effective when posted unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where I operate, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws. If you are located in a region with mandatory consumer protection rights, these Terms do not limit any rights you may have under those laws.

If you have any concern or dispute about the Service, you agree to first contact me and attempt to resolve the issue informally. Most concerns can be resolved by contacting me directly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled according to applicable law and the courts or dispute resolution process available in the relevant jurisdiction.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to remain in effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be interpreted or replaced in a way that best reflects the original intent, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms shown within a specific app or platform, form the entire agreement between you and me regarding the Service. These Terms replace any prior agreements or understandings related to the Service.
